Exchange & Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted up to 7 days from the date the order has been received by the consumer, given the garment has no physical signs of wear or damage. Refund value will exclude shipping cost.

Exchanges are permitted up to 7 days from the date the order has been received by the consumer, given the garment has no physical signs of wear or damage. Any exchanges are final. Any additional shipping costs incurred for By Sponza are then asked to be covered by the customer. Refunds are not permitted after exchanges.
