Production per made-to-order item may generally take up to 2-4 weeks. Preorder garments may take up to 6 weeks. Please email [email protected] for enquirying about receving an order in a quicker time frame.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the garment has been packed and shipped.
By Sponza offers Free Standard Shipping and $15.00 Express Shipping.

By Sponza uses Hero Packaging for our parcels. Hero offers a reusable and compostable packing parcel. To Compost: remove all labels, cut parcel into strips and place into compost.
To Re-use the parcel tear-away the secondary strip of tape on the parcel opening.

Exchange & Refund Policy
Refunds are permitted up to 7 days from the date the order has been received by the consumer, given the garment has no physical signs of wear or damage. Refund value will exclude shipping cost.

Exchanges are permitted up to 14 days from the date the order has been received by the consumer, given the garment has no physical signs of wear or damage.
